Chaffee County friends, you can get still bread & pastries by pre-ordering online for pick up in Buena Vista on most Thursdays. Deliveries to Breck are currently on hiatus.

our house sourdough and sourdough bagels are also available every Thursday afternoon at The Lettucehead Food Company in Buena Vista.

a portion of our flour milled in house using organic wheat berries from Grains From the Plains in Eastern Colorado. all other flour is stone milled, without added enrichments or stabilizers and sourced from Cairn Springs Mill.
