Chaffee County friends, you can get still bread & pastries by pre-ordering online for pick up in Buena Vista on most Thursdays and pick up in Salida every other Wednesday. we are now delivering to Baretto 1931 Espresso Bar in Breckenridge every Friday.

our house sourdough and sourdough bagels are also available every Thursday afternoon at The Lettucehead Food Company in Buena Vista.

our pastries are available at Coffee by Topo in Salida and at the Black Kettle Coffee Shop in Alma (just across the street from our shop!) on Sunday mornings.

a portion of our flour milled in house using organic wheat berries from Grains From the Plains in Eastern Colorado. all other flour is stone milled, without added enrichments or stabilizers and sourced from Cairn Springs Mill.
